This growing young family loved their home and location, but needed a substantial renovation to achieve the level of livability and style that they wanted.
Renovating the kitchen was a top priority within the large scope of work for a project that touched multiple rooms. It involved expanding the kitchen footprint to gain better functionality, saving the original metal window over the sink, and adding an abundance of custom cabinetry with pull-out drawers, pantry, desk, trash pull-outs, and other specially tailored details.
Honed absolute black granite topped the perimeter cabinets, while maple butcher block contrasted the look on the island. Soft white Shaker-style cabinets (some with glass insets), oil rubbed bronze hardware, stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors completed the space.
