The best complement for a contractor is to have repeat clients. We believe wholeheartedly that projects create and facilitate relationships, so when a previous client informed us that she wanted Trace to work on her new home, we were thrilled with the opportunity and considered it a great complement. This large scale renovation touched on most areas of the 1950’s home, so it’s no surprise that the client wanted someone she could trust.
We revamped the front elevation to include a wrap-around garden space, removed the old shutters, and painted all exterior brick. The front drive is also new and provides some extra curb appeal. The back patio and steps were repaired and extended into the existing brick work surrounding the pool. We completed an addition to the master bedroom and master bathroom; this included creating a larger closet and installing a soaking tub, new vanity and walk-in shower. The kitchen, butler’s pantry, and laundry area were all new and refreshed. Another interesting feature was a glass-enclosed elevator, leading from the lower garage to the main living space.
