Lovell Communications

When Lovell Communications moved its headquarters from Green Hills to West End, they engaged Trace Commercial to design and remodel the 6,500 square-foot office. A few of their priorities included energy efficiency and a combination of private office, client meeting and huddle areas.

We modified the layout, brought the space up to fire codes and installed occupancy-sensing lighting throughout. All new finishes and fixtures, custom built-ins and controlled access with Bluetooth locksets rounded out the project.

Now the firm enjoys updated individual offices, a glassed-in board room with wet bar, smaller conference room, casual conversation areas, private terrace and even a gym.
