How We Work.
Maybe you’ve just started thinking about your home remodeling project, or you may already have a stack of plans and sketches. Wherever you are in the process, we’d love to learn more and see if we can help. Call us, email us, or stop by if you’re in the neighborhood.
We’ll meet at your place to learn what you want for and from your home. Great results come from great partnerships, so this is our chance to get to know each other better and determine if we’re a good fit. After we meet, our team will formulate a carefully considered opinion of cost to ensure that you fully understand your investment before moving forward.
We’ve become an award-winning firm by prioritizing creative design. In this phase, you’ll sit down with your architect, construction contractor, estimator, and any other essential team members. Together, we’ll walk through every detail of your project, from structural needs to interior design.
Before we swing the first hammer, we’ll provide you with a detailed construction agreement that spells out the scope of work, a completion schedule, and a price you can carve in stone. Your project manager will keep you informed through every step of construction. You won’t ever receive surprise invoices or have to play messenger between your architect and contractor, and we will move mountains to meet deadlines.
We don’t believe in loose ends, so we’ve created a system focused solely on finishing details. The project isn’t done until it’s done to your satisfaction. We guarantee our work; every project is backed by a 12-month warranty.
