Gem in the Sky

New Nashvillians chose the 505 skyscraper downtown for their home and tapped Trace’s design-build team to make it a reality. They looked to us to combine two units into one and create a warm, inviting, contemporary space.

The solution was equal parts technical know-how, craftsmanship, and style. We reworked concrete and steel to create one cohesive space. A versatile layout offered both cozy nooks and gathering spaces. We included mixed metals and bursts of saturated color to express warmth and sophistication.
