Whitland Custom Home

We designed and built this two-story house for a client moving back to Nashville. She wanted the exterior to complement the neighborhood’s historic landscape, but she wanted a modern floor plan, including a first-floor master and an outdoor living space.

Design and construction unfolded for her long distance, but we were able to beautifully achieve her goals thanks to excellent communication. Open public spaces flow onto a spacious screened porch with vaulted ceiling. The first-floor master has its own private vestibule. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a bath and an unfinished bonus room.
