Green Hills Ranch Renovation

Having completed several unconnected projects with us in the past, the owners of this Green Hills ranch asked us to address their home holistically. Their goals were a cohesive look, better flow and more light.

The core of our plan called for remodeling the kitchen and opening it up to the dining room. We added windows, modified the roof, lifted ceilings, and rather creatively expanded living space. We replaced wood siding in the gable ends with brick to match the rest of the brick facade, enhancing and unifying the exterior.
