Penthouse II

We converted a vacant shell of steel and concrete into a two-story, luxury penthouse high up on the 45th and 46th floors of the 505 building in downtown Nashville.

At the owner’s request, we modified interior walls, plumbing pipes and even the stairs to open up the layout and enlarge key spaces. The plan specified constructing a gleaming, white kitchen of polished quartz and sleek cabinetry for a minimal look, a fireplace surrounded by warm wood paneling, and other features and finishes expressing contemporary elegance.
