Belmont Boulevard Remodel

The owner of this American Foursquare built in 1910 wanted a beautiful, timeless and highly functional update to an existing bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen, we added fresh paint and new hardware to the existing cabinetry to give it a second act. New countertops, fixtures, a statement backsplash and a pot filler behind the range were also installed. In the bathroom, we installed new tile, doors, countertops, fixtures, sinks and faucets. The feet and exterior of the tub were repainted to give it new life and a fresh coat of paint was applied throughout the space. Thanks to our long-term relationships with trades and vendors, we were able to remodel two of the most used areas of the homeowner’s home in a way that disrupted their daily life as little as possible. The result was a fresh and modern take on a historic home.
