Cherokee Park Addition & Remodel

Long-time owners of this historic colonial revival wanted to retire here and live safely with ease and elegance. Their goals were a main-level master suite, accessibility, and storm water solutions.

The project required significant excavation to perfectly line up existing and new floors.  We overhauled the gutters and built a trench drain system to channel storm water.

Inside, we built an elevator and soothing master bedroom above a new two-car garage. Grab bars and a no-step shower provide long-term accessibility in the bath.
