Hillsboro-West End Remodel

The physician-owner of a 1920s bungalow reached out to us to transform her attic into a master retreat and her unfinished basement into a guest suite.

Our upstairs plan called for gutting it to the studs, altering the stairs for better flow and capturing attic space for closets. We handed over a highly customized private refuge designed for luxury and relaxation.

Our basement plan called for demolition down to the brick. We built back a welcoming space that included a sleeping area, bathroom and sitting area, complete with a private entrance from the back yard.
