Through our unwavering commitment to safety and continued education for our staff, our entire field team will undergo a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) Construction Training this summer as a critical reminder of safety protocols to follow on all construction sites. Additionally, our Production Manager Rick Dismukes and Commercial Development Manager Chris Fedler will undergo the comprehensive OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training Course as field supervisors.
Both courses will provide training in the basics of occupational safety and health. Each teaches how to recognize and prevent hazards on a construction site – stairways and ladders, confined spaces, hand and power tools, scaffolding, and explosives and blasting agents – and best practices for safeguarding against the top causes of fatalities and accidents in construction. The 30-hour course also offers complete information on safety compliance issues, including how to build a culture of safety and reduce job-site accidents.
Safety is our utmost priority and enrolling our field staff in these courses will make sure it remains top of mind as you welcome us into your homes and businesses. If we can ever answer any questions regarding safety or our commitment to continued education for our staff, please give us a call at (615) 292-7354 or email us at amy@traceventures.com.
